Security incident at Amplitude resulted in Coinbase customer contact info leak

Coinbase claims 70k users had data visible in this leak. That's an odd number to me. I've only found a few articles about this and a few random Reddit threads. I haven't yet seen an announcement or disclosure from Amplitude, but I would suspect others were hit as well.
