The phrasing of that sentence is weird. It brings to mind the image of an undead lich Zuck ruling the Metaverse centuries after his death.

Dual class share structures like this need to be abolished from public companies. If you want the benefits of being a public company, then you shouldn't be able to keep absolute control of the company.
