Noyb win: German DPA finds microtargeting by major political parties illegal

AfD's reaction is expected. Micro-targeting is the core of how they approach their supporters. Even if they lose in court, I fully expect them to continue to do so even when it's illegal.

I eagerly await the AfD's appeal succeeding and them continuing the practice, while it remains illegal for every other party, because this is usually how these things seem to go.
