Hi HN, the title could be a little bit aggressive sorry for that... Basically i am Computer engineer graduated recently but i was and still working remotely for approx. 3 years with the same foreign company in EU. and i noticed that we are always somehow lose the context of a ticket -- even though we are using the popular project management systems -- so i decided why not build something that can fix our context loosing problems and with some improvements. here i created Liniora. an AI powered project management system. basically the core idea is to link the tools that we use to gather information about tickets in one place. i integrated Google meet for the meetings transcripts so you do your meeting it automatically got registered and indexed. You discuss about a bug in Slack thread so you mention @Liniora app and it will handle the bug context and create a ticket for you. We have the version control also connected so you create a ticket with ability of creating a separate branch with one-click for both Gitlab and Github. you have as well the Pull request controlled in our place inside the app. lets suppose you have a ticket and you created a branch called 'USER-325-create-login-form' then you merged to staging or production ? it will be automatically flagged with staging/production badge so you know what tickets are done. there are a lot of interesting features i wanted to describe but i will just let you guys discover and i will be very happy about your feedback. While I very much see the problem space you're trying to solve, I also like to flag an inherent problem here:

I don't think process and tooling is really the problem. The disfunctional nature of many companies is mainly caused by misaligned incentives and poor leadership, not due to too many tools and disjointed project management.

Unfortunately, while I think the tool looks great, it won't fix the problem for organisations that have it.

What’s the one line pitch? You need to grab attention. What problem(s) are you solving? Not features - problems. You talk about “losing context” - that’s interesting but a little abstract. Unpack it. Imagine you have one sentence to explain to the person whose life you’re about to make better. What sentence will make them pay attention?

Edit: to be fair, “replace your project manager” did make me pay attention, but perhaps what is the sentence after that?

Landing page screams llm-isms, and after reading and looking around, I still can't identify what problems it tries to solve. The features described are just standard integration glue, they have little relevance to context or why's.

Why does it worth investing time into adopting this one instead building an in-house solution tailored to existing process?

Hmm, the naming wasn't inspired from linear it self actually but its a combination of a name of person i love and my surname (: about Linear integration, yes i did not integrate it yet

I'm sure you've put time and effort into this, but the companies I work with have all vibe-coded their own ones at this point, so I wonder what the commercial value of shop tools like this is.

I think you need to highlight what value you are bringing to the table that the PMs in my life can't build exactly how they want, or that an open-source version wouldn't be better suited to.
