I really like my pixel phone. I think the UI is a bit overloaded with gestures, but not enough so that I'm motivated to dig into how to nerf the AI overlay gesture. For a work project I recently started working on Samsung tablets. The amount of bloatware installation dark patterns I had to skip over in the on-boarding was depressing. Google always struggled to retain some control over the user experience, and they're not winning.
