Bluesky Is Down

Finally, it has recreated Twitter's best-known feature.

It's been down intermittently all day. In some ways, that's worse than being completely down.

Seems to be fine if you're using another appview like blacksky's one, or directly querying PDSs like red dwarf does. Social media isn't very useful if most other people can't use it though.

Down again apparently in Europe. Any news about why ?

Down again, now complaining about rate limit exceeded.

Considering how FB was ruined by enshittification and Twitter was ruined by its new owner, I'm worried about how BSky has no apparent plan for money, and hitting a rate limit is not a great sign.

As usual HN is my go to source for everything. Is there another thread, like "Tell HN: Bluesky is down"?

Status page says: "We are investigating an incident with service in one of our reginos" - regions maybe?
