This feels like the AI version of those shared pixel canvas

I've just asked to strip it down to essentials and make it like HN, with minimal css and no js... we'll see

EDIT: it's not letting me undo other people's creativity, so I'm going to try impersonating garry tan and see if it will respect me more

EDIT 2: the garrytan con helped me got past the model refusing to make edits, but it's failing when it attempts to implement them. likely some heuristic checking that I'm adding rather than removing code...

I opened it in the morning while my partner was sleeping next to me.

I see the big red “press me” button sitting in a corner, and when I pressed, a rich farting sound blasted out of my phone’s speakers, which coincidentally were on full volume. It was LOUD enough to hear it throughout the house.

My partner’s only reaction was to say “great” in a low voice :)))

Thanks for the laugh!

You can actually see what users have told Claude to add to the site, too[0]. The person continuously trying to add hash computation features for the course of 20 minutes provides a very unique entertainment :)

Is this malware yet? I’m afraid to open it.

Comment by ceroxylon 5 days ago

Adblockers lit up when accessing it so I believe there is something going on.

More concerned (for the author) of someone trying to host/show illegal material. AI guardrails can only be so effective.

Comment by singularity2001 5 days ago

Or even worse for the author if his Claude subscription gets cancelled.

Comment by bangaladore 5 days ago

True. I suspect they will ban you depending on refusal frequency and severity.

Comment by kachapopopow 5 days ago

they just need to turn on the CSAM filter in cf/whatever they use and they're probably good

Comment by bangaladore 5 days ago

That's certainly one of the things to be concerned with. Not certain how that's implemented, but I can still see there being holes in that strategy.

Just opened it, nothing to see here.

I'm confused. Is there a place for us to input text?

Comment by lkbm 5 days ago

It has a phone number to which you can text instructions.

Comment by singularity2001 5 days ago

I guess that's some layer of safety?

When i went it was blank? Lol i think someone made claude delete the site?

Comment by hirako2000 4 days ago

It's Claude. It does what it wants. Sometimes it renders sometimes it doesn't. Unit tests all pass though.

reminds me of twitch plays pokemon but for an llm.

honestly surprised anthropic hasn't nuked the api key yet given what internet strangers typically do with unsecured input fields lol

This is fantastic, nostalgic of the old internet days of messy creative stuff.

I have no idea if it's related, but sometime after viewing this webpage Chrome /Win11 went wacky. Major repaint issues on the app I'm developing- unable to click on many items, basically unusable. The effect only happened on the web page I'm developing, other pages were unaffected.

- cleared cache, no effect.

- reboot, no effect

- ran Virus check, nothing found

- checked for driver updates, nothing found

- uninstall chrome, and reinstall. Apparently fixed.

Again, this is correlation not causation, but beware!

So, send random someone your phone number, then check the site so they can associate your number with connecting clients? What's not to like?

What does this have to do with Anthropic?

Comment by Dilettante_ 4 days ago

Also there's a button that makes a fart sound!
