While it seems the Wim Hof Method (WHM) is great for an energy boost, mindfulness meditation actually outperformed it in a couple of areas: significantly higher accuracy on executive function tasks; and significantly higher objective sleep quantity (total minutes asleep). Personally I’d rather have slightly slower reaction times and better accuracy than rapid “hot takes”.
