While building and shipping several side projects, I kept repeating the same mistake: I’d focus on code and infra, then copy-paste Terms, Privacy Policies struggling to fit themtogether.

Legup.dev is a small pre-flight check I built for myself which I thought I coudl open to anyone. It helps spot obvious issues across: – Terms of Service – Privacy policies – Open-source license usage

It’s not legal advice and not a replacement for lawyers — more like a sanity check to catch inconsistencies before shipping or sharing a demo.
