Designing Electronics That Works

If anyone knows, would this be a good book for someone without any EE background but an active interest in PCB design? I’m just getting to grips with KiCAD for some basic “hat” type board designs to clean up some projects (I hate jumpers) and will soon be sending the gerbers off for manufacture.
